Mary Kay Powerful Pink Gel Semi-Matte Lipstick (US$18.00 for .13oz) is part of the Mary Kay Fall 2016 Collection. It’s a beautiful, bright, bold shade of pink. Claims to be rich, pigmented, and saturated in color. Expected to be non-drying, lightweight, long-lasting, and offers full-coverage.

Shade of color, fuzz-free application, and leaves a comfortable feeling on the lips are the top three features that I look for in a lipstick formula. Fortunately, these features are all present in Powerful Pink.
Its gel-like fluidity and with ingredients like Sunflower Oil and Jojoba Esters made my first swipe very pleasant and gave me a kind of cool, refreshing taste on my lips.
Color lasted with unnoticeable fading — or almost none — after eating and drinking. No need for a retouch. Its optical enhancers made the lips looking flawless, thus less feathering and bleeding. So if you are a semi-matte first timer or you are simply scared of mistakes, application should not be a nightmare! In fact, even I glide the product for so many times, the color is still fine. Perfect for lipstick newbies too!
And the packaging looks more luxurious now than previous Mary Kay lipstick tubes! Win!
